Directions

Care & Use: To sharpen, place sheath on a dry flat surface and grip firmly. Place blade inside slot and onto sharpener. Draw blade back towards you 3-4 times. Wipe away any filings from blade with a damp cloth before cutting food. Caution: Do not rest sheath on a wet or uneven surface whilst sharpening and keep fingers away from blade Sharpener not suitable for serrated or ceramic blades. Knife: Wash by hand and dry immediately. Sheath: Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
