Enjoy a glass of Charles Krug Napa Valley Merlot. Made with grapes selected primarily from our estate vineyards in St. Helena and Yountville. The grapes were night picked, destemmed and cold soaked to extract color and aromas. The wine opens with expressive aromas of hibiscus tea, cranberry, cherry, red currant, cedar, plum skin, brown butter, and whole cardamom. It is soft and buttery with a lush entry. Notes of vanilla, baked red fruit, cocoa nibs, and red currant lead to a medium-long finish with cherry and spicy oak. Made to enjoy with food or on its own, the Charles Krug Napa Valley Merlot is sure to be the highlight of any gathering.
