Wine infused with red chile. Grape wine with natural flavors added. In the fertile soils of Chimayo, the Santa Cruz river nourishes the valley famous for its centuries-old tradition of chile cultivation. Generations of family growers have closely guarded the integrity and lineage of Chimayo's native chile for over 300 years. Chimayo red chile powder, called molido, is cold-soaked in red wine, allowing traditions of wine & chile to fuse into one. A rich, flavorful character of deep, smoky spice over dark berry tantalize, leaving a touch of lasting peppery warmth in its wake. Pairs nicely with chocolate.
