Shake before using. Collins Mixer: We've sourced premium lemons, so everything you create can be simple, sweet and citrusy. Here are a few recipes to get you started: Tom Collins: In an ice-filled shaker. Add 2 oz (60 mL) gin and 4 oz (120 mL) mix. Shake and strain into an ice-filled glass. Top with club soda. Garnish with fresh lemon and serve. The Buck: In an ice-filled glass. Add 1 oz (30 mL) bourbon, 2 oz (60 mL) mix and 2 oz (60 mL) ginger beer. Stir gently. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve. Collins Variation: Gin = Tom; Whiskey = John; Scotch = Sandy; Vodka = Ivan; Rum = Ron; Tequila = Jose/Juan. Refrigerate after opening.
