Stove Top: Place frozen collard greens in 1-1/2 cups boiling water and bring to a second boil. Separate with fork, if necessary, for uniform cooking. Reduce heat and cook for 10 to 12 minutes or to desired tenderness. Add water, if need. Do not overcook. Drain and season to taste. Microwave: Place frozen collard greens in a microwave-safe dish and add 1/2 cup of water. Cover and microwave on high for 8 to 10 minutes. Separate with a fork, if necessary, and stir once halfway through cooking. Let stand for 2 to 3 minutes before serving. Season to taste and serve. Caution: Product and container may be hot. How to cook ‘em. Do not thaw and refreeze. Note: Microwave ovens vary in power; adjust cooking times accordingly. Do not microwave in bag. For food safety, cook to a temperature of 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook.
