Directions
Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw on refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Directions: Skillet: Apply a quick, one second spray of non-stick cooking spray to skillet. Preheat over medium to med-high heat for 30 seconds. Add patties and cook 8 to 10 minutes, turning 2 or 3 times. Grill: Spray cold cooking grate with non-stick cooking spray. Preheat grill over medium heat. Place patties on grill and cook 8 to 10 minutes, turning 2 or 3 times. Cook until center is well done, or until reaching 165 degrees F as measured with a meat thermometer. Keep refrigerated.
