Directions
Use as seasoning, marinade or dry rub. For Rub: Rub seasoning evenly on 2-3 lbs meat. Cook until desired temperature. For Marinade: - 1/2 cup water. - 2 1/2 tbsp oil. - 2 tbsp white vinegar. - 1 1/2 - 2 lb chicken, pork, or lamb. 1. Mix dry rub seasoning, water, oil, and white vinegar in a ziplock bag. 2. Place meat in bag. 3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour. 4. Remove meat 5 minutes prior to cooking. Discard marinade. 5. Grill, bake, or broil until desired temperature.
