Directions

Baking Instructions: Crunchy Cookie Recipe: 1.5 cups Cookie Mix (approx half jar); 1 large egg; 4 cup oil. Soft Vegan Cookie Recipe: 1.5 cups Cookie Mix (approx half jar); 1/2 medium banana; 1/4 cup oil. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Whisk egg and oil together until well blended (about 30 seconds) in mixing bowl. Add dry mix and fold until blended. Drop 1 tbsp of mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, or ungreased baking sheet. Flatten cookie dough and bake for 13-15 minutes. Yields approx. 10 cookies.
