Directions
Directions: Fill a dosage cup with 15 mL of PerioBrite Pulling Oil, put in your mouth and gently swish, pushing the oil between your teeth and around your mouth for 2 to 3 minutes. For better results, you can increase the time up to 15 minutes based on your comfort level. Spit oil out preferably in a garbage can, as oil may solidify in the drainage pipes. Do not swallow. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. Always brush your teeth with PerioBrite toothpaste after using the oil. Use it on a daily basis to enjoy the traditional benefits of pulling oil. Shake well before use. Visit your dentist regularly. Store in a cool, dry place.
